BILLING PROCESS & TERMS
We will thoroughly discuss all financial terms prior to your treatment. Terms will be agreed upon by both you and our practice. We require payment or financial arrangements to be settled at the time of your treatment. Please let us know if any financial terms or arrangements are unclear. We accept multiple forms of payment, and you can pay using your credit card and debit card. We accept the following:
- American Express
- CareCredit (see below for additional information)
INSURANCE PLANS & INFORMATION
In most cases, your insurance policy will only cover a certain portion of your individual treatment plan. We kindly request that you pay your remaining portion at the time treatment is given. You are responsible for covering any financial amount that your insurance company does not pay. For your convenience, we can file any necessary paperwork for your insurance needs. If you have any questions regarding insurance plans, please let us know what your concerns are. We will do our best to assist you with finding the information you need.

We work with CareCredit® in order to help patients finance their dental needs. CareCredit® is simple and straightforward; it is a credit card designed to cover health and wellness expenses. Special financing options and low monthly payments are available. In addition to this, there are no up-front fees and you are not penalized for prepayment. Feel free to ask us for additional information about the benefits of CareCredit®.
